When is Wellmatch Launching?

What services does Wellmatch offer?

The wellness professionals who sign up on Wellmatch offer a wide range of services spacing from fitness and nutrition to mindfulness and meditation. The Wellmatch team handles all the search, booking, reviews, analytics and payment steps, whilst at the same time offering a social space where knowledge sharing and brand building is spotlighted.

Which areas will Wellmatch service?

Wellmatch will start its journey in London, however services booked online will be available internationally. Our aim is to expand across the UK and then to European capitals...and who knows? Possibly GLOBALLY soon!

Who can sign up to Wellmatch?

Any wellness enthusiast looking for a wellness provider to fulfill their wellness needs and any qualified wellness professional offering their services in London (both at-home or in their own studio) or online.

Where can I sign up?

You can pre-register via our online form here. Pre-registration will automatically sign you up for our weekly news letter, events and you will be invited to the app Beta testing in June 2024.

Are there any hidden costs?

The only cost clients will incur when booking a wellness service via Wellmatch will be a 5% fixed fee on basket total. This means that if you have booked a service for the price of £50.00 the total price you will end up paying will be £52.50, of which £50.00 will go to the wellness provider and £2.50 to Wellmatch Ltd. so that we can continue supporting our wellness clients and providers and improve our App.

What is your cancellation policy?

Yes, any bookings which are cancelled within 12 hours prior to the booking time will be fully refunded. After this time window, you can still decide to make a "late cancellation" but will incur the full cost of service paid. Although we understand there can be unexpected inconveniences at times, this decision has been made to protect our wellness providers who have blocked time out on their schedule for you.

Do you do any background checks on the wellness providers?

Yes, as part of the on-boarding process all wellness providers who join the app have been verified via ID and Criminal Record checks prior to being allowed to receive bookings via the app. Your safety and security is a priority for Wellmatch.

What are the benefits compared to other Wellness services?

At Wellmatch we believe in promoting diversity and transparency first and foremost. We want to spotlight the unique set of skills of each wellness provider and hence put your wellness brand first and give you full control of all decisions regarding pricing, service offering and schedule availability. Also, contrary to many other platforms, we do not retain any part of your revenue, our fees are fully transparent and limited to the monthly/quarterly/annual subscription fees plus one-off set up cost. This way you know exactly what you are paying, no surprises.

What documents are required to join the app?

The verification process is quick and lean, we ask you to submit a copy of your ID and proof of individual insurance (relative to your profession). Usually, these background checks take a maximum of 3 days and your subscription will only start once you have passed the checks and are thus enabled to receive bookings. Optionally, you can choose to verify your qualifications by uploading them on the app, in return you will receive a "Qualification Verified" badge which clients will see. The qualification verification takes up to one week, however, since it is not a mandatory check, you will be allowed to operate as normal on the app and receive bookings in the meantime.

What is the Analytics section for?

The Analytics section has been built with YOUR business growth as the main objective. Via the data and graphs portrayed in this section you will be able to gain insight on your revenue and performance drivers, for example, understanding which services are most popular and in which months you have the most bookings. This information will allow you to make key data-driven decisions to increase revenue, eliminating the guess work.
